We scaffold the cadre of skills requisite to develop innovative early childcare educators in the field of infant and toddler care through advanced knowledge of educational laws, policies, rules and management practices to interpret regulations, Congressional legislation, and directives to determine applicability and impact of program operations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to facilitate advocacy and research for early childcare educator’s access to equitable teacher education preparations programs, equitable access to high quality early childcare education, and credentialing, compensation, and licensing regulations in Washington, D.C.

The overarching goal is the provision of consultation services to community organizations, early childcare centers, educational organizations, and government agencies to assist in ensuring an early childhood workforce that meets the minimum educational attainment requirement mandate of the Washington, D.C. Office of the State Superintendent of Education.
